Main Properties and Application:
1. The resin particles of this kind of products are fine and tightly packed with average particle size 80urn The resin has high heat stability and low heat shrinkage rate, therefore, it is suitable to make separation board of storage battery case. The board properties meet all the requirement of JB3385--83 code.
2.It can be applied as mixing resin for paste form PVC. The max. mixing ratio reaches 30%. This greatly improves the PVC paste properties and also reduce product costs.
3.The storage battery case made from this resin has excellent electric insulation, chemical stability and mechanic strength.
4.This product is mainly used for separation board of storage battery case, also can be used as mixing resin for artificial leather, plastic coating product, such as plastic coated grooves, also suitable for PVCSG2~3 resin products. |
