Line Review Summary Report

1. Whole Machine
XF-360A PVC Battery Separator Production Line is made up of five parts: Molding, Sintering, Cooling, Slicing, Testing Packing. Production Line installation is 30M long, 3M wide, production molding 400MM wide. Daily production is 100,000 pcs.

2. Molding System
Molding system is installed on both ends of the production line of XF-360A PVC battery separator. The molding tool is installed on the head end, molding deceleration engine power 0.37KW. The other end was equipped with decelerator with power 3.0KW. Molding roller diameter 650MM X 440MM wide. The special steel track is 43.8M×400MM×1.0MM. The PVC separator is formed after the raw materials are put into the running molding part. The maximum width of the PVC separator is 325MM. Thickness is 0.65MM-2.0MM (adjustable).

3. Sintering System
The production line has six sections, each section is 2.06M, the length as a whole is 12.60M. Five of the sections are equipped with sintering furnace, power 48KW, with eleven controlling switches to adjust the power accordingly. Inside the sintering furnace are nine U shape electro-thermal tubes, 220V, each 1.0 KW. On it a straight electro-thermal tube, 110V, each 0.5KW. The tube is fragile, when in production, need to adjust the sintering power according to the rate.

4. Cooling system
The cooling system has three sections, 6.3M long after assembled. Underneath is equipped with a air-supply cooling blower, power 3.0KW; and above is equipped a induced draft blower, 5.5KW. When the blowing cooling system is in run, it gets cold promptly so the separator gets off the mold.

5. Slicing
Once the separator is sintered and formed, it is put into the slicing part for further processing. The slicing system is a set of electric components. Inside is equipped with four electromagnetic valves, with two of them 4V310 and the other two 4V210. Outside is equipped with a travel switch and three proximity switches, of which two are normally closed and one open. One cylinder 150x63, one 50x50 and four 20x25 cylinders are set up. The electric components and cylinder are fragile parts.

There is a track on the slicing part. Inside the track is a saw axis with power 0.75KW to slice the PVC separator vertically. Under it is set with a decelerating rubber roller (rate adjustable) with power 0.37KW. A blower is equipped both above and under the saw part to deal with the dust.

When the slicing part is in run, the five procedure repeat. The saw axis is set up according to the width of the separator which is adjusted by silk pole. The maximum width of the slice is 325MM and maximum height 200MM.

6. Testing
Once the PVC separator is sliced into units, they will be put into the testing part. It is tested and metered by optical control,, to pack and meter the good products. The power of decelerator is 0.37KW, rate adjustable.

7. Technical Parameter
XF-360A PVC battery separator production line is dual-chip system, taking 43.8M steel track as the running platform. PVC separator molding has a maximum width of 325MM, with thickness adjustable, total power 62.5KW.

Technical requirements of PVC separator: Each ton of PVC raw material colophony is required to be mixed with 20KG of 45% sulfonate, 1KG of ethanol and 20KG of purified water.

After steaming the ethanol, put in sulfonate and purified water and stir them into emulsifier. 100KG of colophony raw materials and 4KG of emulsifier are heated to conform into PVC colophony granule so as to net the PVC separator. The sulfonate helps the separator with forming nets and getting away from the mold. The ethanol helps to make the PVC separator stronger.

8. Structure and Capability
XF-360A PVC battery separator production line has a metal case outside. Inside installed and connected with tubes; Heat keeping materials are stuffed for heat insulation; the steel track rolling inside, the loose upper cycle-cleaning.

XF-360A PVC battery separator production line has a gradual heating sintering case, using cycling heat to save energy. The blower cooling system is reasonably designed and the steel track gets back cold promptly.
